Hey, I’m BeetleCereal! But you can just call me Beetle or Bug if you want! I make character designs and adoptables! You can find my design TOS here, along with my socials and info page for customs.

Design Terms of Use

When you acquire a design made by me (under the name “BeetleCereal”), you get a revocable non-exclusive commercial license to use the character’s design. However this dose not apply to the original image(s) I made of the character (the images I made are only for personal use) since I use bases made by other people who often don’t want their work being used commercially (like being put on shirts, stickers or other merch to sell), I intend to respect that and I ask that you do to. You are welcome to make your own original artwork of the character and use that instead!

Please note, I don’t permit making NSFW, suggestive, hateful or political edits to the original images I made.

When you receive a design made by BeetleCereal you can:

✦ Make art of the design or have other people make art of it for you.

✦ Redesign or make changes to the design.

✦ You can trade, give away or resell for any price at anytime. You can even straight up flip the design for profit it you really want to.

✦ Use for role play, making stories or as any kind of persona.

✦ Use images of the design you made yourself commercially or in monetized content.

✦ You are free to make plushies and other physical crafts.

✦ My designs can be co-owned, however I can’t guarantee any help if there is a dispute.

What you may NOT use my designs for:

- You may not use characters designed by me for or in any kind of NSFW, 18+, kinky, or suggestive content. There are no exceptions to this. You are not allowed to have someone else do this for you either.

I the artist (BeetleCereal) have the right to use remove such content through legal means such as a DMCA takedown or a cease and desist notice.

Revocation:

Designs will only be revoked if you repeatedly break these terms on purpose, or attempt a chargeback and it goes through. I do not take attempts to scam me out of my work lightly.
I otherwise don’t revoke designs for any other reason, (besides when you resell/trade/giveaway the character, since it technically isn’t yours anymore and is for the new owner to use after you’ve done that).If I have revoked your license to use a design then I may if necessary, remove/takedown all content you’ve uploaded of the character design through legal means.

Due to the nature of digital products, I do not accept refund requests.

BeetleCereals design commissions

Custom-made character designs will be made on one of the available bases of your choice. I only do customs on bases that the creator dose not prohibit to be used for customs. If you’ve seen me use a base that you don’t see in the base options then feel free to ask about it, we might be able to work something out if the creator allows their base to be used for customs.

Design examples:

All customs start at a $45 (or 4500pts) base price for a single fullbody and may increase in price depending on design complexity, any extra features I might have to draw myself or if there are other drawings that the base comes with that you want colored in as well. You can private message my Deviantart or Toyhou.se account about what you have in mind if you need a price estimate!

My custom commissions TOS:

★ My design commissions are not first come first serve, I go through submissions and pick which one(s) I currently feel like doing. Submitting a form dose not guarantee you will get picked.★ I take payment through either:
- PayPal in USD.
- DA points through a Deviantart commission widget (80pts = $1).
- Credit/debit card in USD through a Stripe invoice.
- Cashapp in USD through a Stripe invoice.★ If yours gets picked then please know that I’m not going to be adding any features or changes to the design that you didn’t specify in your form. I will only make changes to the the design if I made and oversight and forgot to include something you specifically clarified that you wanted in your form you filled out.
